Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website. For online orders, sellers are generally expected to have a reasonable basis for their stated shipping time, or ship within 30 days if no time is stated.

Breaking Solace is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier after the order has been handed off, but we will do our best to help resolve carrier-related issues.
